Because our products are sourced, branded, and packaged with care, delivery takes a little longer — but we always keep you updated and involved.


This policy explains how shipping works from the moment you place an order to the moment it arrives at your door.


2. How Our Shipping Process Works

Every Somersand order goes through three stages:


Stage 1 — Supplier Processing

Once you place an order, we request your item from our trusted suppliers.


Timeframe:

5–7 Business days

(subject to supplier speed, customs, and flight schedules)


Stage 2 — Somersand Branding & Packaging (South Africa)

When your item arrives in SA, we:


Inspect it

Apply Somersand branding

Add premium packaging

Prepare it for courier delivery

Timeframe:

1–2 Business days 


Stage 3 — Local Courier Delivery (Aramex )

Once branded and packed, your order is shipped to you using your chosen courier.


Aramex:

1–5 business days


Pudo Locker-to-Locker:

1–4 business days


Pudo Door-to-Door:

1–5 business days


3. Total Estimated Delivery Time

Combining all stages:


Total Delivery Estimate:

7–14 business days (realistic, honest, safe)


Most orders arrive around 5–10 business days, but we provide the full range to avoid disappointment.

We do not add hidden charges.

If the address provided is incorrect:


We will contact you to correct it

If the parcel is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply
